On Tuesday, Dec. 1, 2015, the Oakland University Police Department received a report of a strong arm robbery, which involves the use of a threat of physical violence, that took place in the parking lot of the Ann V. Nicholson Student Apartments at around 6:50 p.m.
The victim, a Hungry Howie’s pizza delivery person, reported that no weapon was used in the incident. The suspect is described as a black male standing approximately 5’10” tall and weighing approximately 200 pounds. He is estimated to be 25 years of age and was wearing a gray hoodie and black shorts. He also had a full beard and mustache.
The suspect, who left the area in a white sports car with tinted windows, remains at large.
It can be assumed that conditions continue to exist that may pose a threat to members and guests of the campus community. Heightened awareness of surroundings is recommended.
